The corrupted database was the first priority. We processed all 150,000 records through automated cleaning—normalizing names, standardizing phone numbers, validating national IDs, detecting duplicates. The vast majority turned out to be spam, duplicates, or invalid entries. What remained: roughly 6,500 verified legitimate members.

With clean data, we built an analytics dashboard that finally gave leadership visibility into membership numbers, demographics, geographic distribution, and growth trends. Exportable reports serve stakeholder communication needs.

The bilingual platform supports both English and Urdu with proper right-to-left rendering. Member management enables public registration with WhatsApp OTP verification, staff accounts for field operations, and admin oversight. Bulk registration tools support on-the-ground membership drives.
